1. You must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your country, whichever is older, to commission me.
2. I accept commissions only via the respective forms on this website (art form and writing form).
3. I have the right to refuse any commission request without providing a reason.
4. Payment is to be made upfront in full via P4yP4l invoice.
5. I retain copyright on all my work and can post it to promote my services unless you book the commission work to be private during us setting up the conditions via email. In this case, the work will only be shared between you and I, not online. Extra fees apply.
6. Commissions are for your personal, non-commercial use only. If you share your commissioned piece, credit to me must be given ("by hellhoundsprey" and/or "www.hellhoundsprey.com").
7. None of my work, including commissions, is authorized for NFT or AI usage.
2) NSFW related
1. You are talking to a fellow freak here. No judging, no shaming, no bullshit—this is a safe space where we communicate as adults and with mutual respect. When in doubt, just ask!
2. My nonnegotiable no gos are: Scat (art & writing) / Vore (art & writing) / Age play (art & writing) / Underage (art & writing) / Race play (art & writing) / Piss (art) / Birth process (art) / Necrophilia (art)
3. While I am open to pretty much any kinky request aside from the aforementioned no gos, please accept if I’m not comfortable recreating a requested scenario/kink/fetish that is not (yet) specified here.
3) Time, schedules, deadlines, refunds
1. My time zone: Central European Standard Time
2. My work hours: Tue-Sat 7-11 (unless an out of office notification is in effect).
3. Turnaround for commissions: approximately 1-5 weeks, depending on individual project complexity and my general workload.
4. Requested deadlines via the form must be agreed upon in writing by me. Until then, I cannot guarantee that I can meet the desired deadline.
5. A deadline of up to 18 calendar days from the request date is considered a rush order. Extra fees apply.
6. If we agree on a fixed deadline, I am to deliver your commission until midnight of the set date. You receive a 20% refund of the total commission sum per each started extra 24 hours that it takes me to deliver.
a) Failure to deliver due to unforeseen medical or familial emergencies are exempt from this clause.
7. If we agree on a fixed deadline, you agree to reply to my emails within 48 hours. If you take too long to reply, the work process will be delayed and the deadline will be compromised. In this case, you forfeit your right to refunds under 3).6.
4) Communication, revisions, delivery
1. Communication will take place exclusively via email, so make sure to keep an eye on your inbox!
2. Revisions
a) Art: per crafting stage (4 stages: sketch, lines, color, shading), 1 revision specific to the crafting stage is free of charge. For example: slight pose change during sketch, correcting anatomy/fashion details/facial expression during lines, color choices during color.
b) Writing: 1 small revision per 1,000 words are free of charge. For example: different tone, focus on a different detail, change in direct speech/dialogue, add in additional small details, omit or add lines/parts of direct speech.
c) Generally not a revision and always free: adding in a previously specified detail that was not yet implemented.
3. Extra fees will apply for big or multiple rounds of revisions that alter the commission piece significantly. I will always disclose these costs to you before proceeding. If you confirm, these extra fees will be invoiced separately. If you decline, the revision will not take place and I will continue on the commission piece as is.
4. You will receive your commission exclusively in digital format, so either an image .png file (art) or a PDF (writing) via email. Please make sure to have enough space in your inbox to receive large files. For art commissions, you receive 1 large, print-optimized version for personal use and 1 small, watermarked version for possible online sharing (see 1.6 for credit rules).
